What a gorgeous afternoon we had for Laurena and Sebastian’s Botanical Garden engagement session! It was a perfect time of year to visit Elyria Gardens, as everything was green and blooming. Light was perfect, and we had so much fun walking around the grounds of Elyria, with all the scents of Springtime. We nearly had the grounds to ourselves, which made for a relaxed, fun afternoon.

Although Laurena and Sebastian are originally from Lyon, France, they wanted their engagement session to be a reminder of their wonderful time in the heart of Nebraska. Laurena came to the Midwest as a student at the University of Nebraska Lincoln; it was truly an honor to be able to capture their love story through imagery, their love is evident in these images.
