Kearney Massage and Day Spa Kearney Nebraska

Kearney Massage and Day Spa has always shared a special place in my heart. I have known Karmen, the owner, for a very long time now. I always look forward to my monthly massage dates with her; this is my special treat to myself that I look forward to every month! I was honored to be able to do a branding session of the new spa for her and this place truly is an oasis with so many treatments that they offer!

Some sweet words from Karmen.

“My first memory of giving a massage was when I was in forth grade.  I remember massaging my teacher’s shoulders while she read us Little House on the Prairie.  Growing up, it wasn’t uncommon for me to have “spa days” with my friends as we raided the kitchen cupboards for homemade mask ingredients.   Also, my sweet grandfather, who had diabetes, enjoyed my foot soaks and foot massages when I was in high school as I tried to help him care for his feet.  I truly enjoy making people feel nurtured and cared for.   This natural people pleaser, has definitely found her calling in the spa industry.

With over 10 years of experience in Kearney, I feel like I have a good handle on what people need and want regarding the spa experience.  We have provided a place where you can essentially “have it all”;  combining corrective muscle work (getting the kinks out of specific areas) with a variety of spa treatments that might include a facial, infrared sauna session, or body scrub and steam shower to enhance your overall experience.  Our goal is to transform people.  However they are entering the spa (tense, in pain, mentally exhausted, frustrated with their skin), we want them feeling the opposite when they leave.  Each therapist/esthetician is like a little wizard…we all have different modalities to use, different touches and techniques to get results for our clients.  We love serving the Kearney area by providing a full spa experience here in rural Nebraska that you might find in a more urban setting.  We pride ourselves in creating an unpretentious, homey atmosphere where anybody can come and enjoy our services.  You will feel just how much we all love our jobs through the work we do…we promise you are in good hands. “
